1900 Census Bloom, Cook County, IL (sister's Emma Gregg and Alice Lamphier living next to each other).  Sometimes, the children list on the census that their father was born in VT.  Chances are he was born in Rutland County, VT or Essex County, NY since his parents lived both places between 1810-1820.
