Pearl Quickenden

Pearl Quickenden, 410 West Mercury, Butte, died in a Butte Nursing Home Saturday evening April 30, 1988 after a lingering illness.

The former Pearl Andersen was born at Jordon, MT on April 27 1928.

She attended schools at Jordon and moved to Helena where she was married to Ray Sweet on Dec. 1 1948. They lived at Sunburst, Great Falls, and North Dakota, before coming to Anaconda in 1955. They later divorce and she married Charles Quickenden in 1976. They lived in Anaconda until 1986 when they moved to Whitehall and then to Butte.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters: Linda Glover, Proscott,

WA: Brenda Sweet, Anaconda; a son: David Sweet, Richland WA.;

stepchildren: Lisa and Kim Quickenden, Idaho: Tammy Brenner, Christine and Charles Quickenden, Butte; brothers and sisters-in-law:

Lewis and Sylvia Anderson, Tago and Lucy Anderson, Alfred Anderson,

Anaconda: Raymond and Myrna Anderson, Portland, OR: Walter and Donna Anderson, North Highland, CA; sisters and brothers-in-law: Caroline and Jim Connors, June and Harold McDowell, Anaconda: Elma Williams, Yelm, WA: Mary and Jim Brown, Beaverton, OR: Roxy and Herb Blum, Gaston, OR: 12 grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at The Parson Funeral Chapel Wednesday at 2pm with Rev Warren Craig officiating.

Internment was in New Hill Cemetary.
