Funeral Services for W.P. Evert to be on Wed.

    Warren P. Evert, 76, retired Grainbelt community farmer, died at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon at a local hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock Wednesday at the Holland and Bonine Funeral home.
    Mr. Evert was born Nov. 6, 1881 at McCook, Neb. He came to Montana in 1910 from Nebraska and homesteaded in the Grainbelt community. He was married March 23, 1912 at Havre and in 1950 he and his wife moved to Havre to make their home. Their residence is on the North Side.
    Survivors include his wife, Blanche; two daughters, Mrs. Beaneita Freeland of Spokane, Wash. and Mrs. Lillian Johnston of Libby; two sons, Arthur W. and Earl H. both of Havre; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Hughes of Lewistown; a foster sister Grace Reed of Loveland, Colo.; fourteen grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Evert Last Rites Are Conducted At Funeral Home

    Last rites for Warren P. Evert were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Holland and Bonine funeral home by Rev. Owen Arrington. Mr. Evert died Saturday afternoon at a local hospital.
    Mrs. Lester Leamer sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "In the Garden." She was accompanied by Mrs. Ella Anderson.
    Pallbearers were Jalmar Rismon, Emil Draeger, John Weiss, Claude Springer, Charlie O. Anderson, and Justus Anderson. Interment was in Highland cemetery.
